"The Professional Pet Stylist" (12 weeks, 360 clock hours)
| Our training program has been developed through years of teaching
experience especially for the beginner or experienced and serious minded
entrepreneur. Students in this program will be prepared with the skills
necessary to enter the Grooming field as a "Professional Pet Stylist,"
employed by pet salon, kennel, veterinary practice, mobile groom
business, or in a position of management in any existing grooming
salon. They will be prepared to set up, operate and manage their own
business in any of the settings previously mentioned. Students are taught in a real grooming salon setting. Methods of training are daily hands on experience, lectures, videos, and field trips when possible. We strive to keep current on changes in the industry by continuing to attend trade shows and seminars so that our students receive highly skilled and updated knowledge |
